For products already shipped, contact us to return the product within 48 hours of receipt in it's original condition (unwashed, unaltered, no damage, no makeup, tags intact), pay shipping and handling, and we'll Issue a store credit for the full amount of product cost. If we receive the product and it does not meet the criteria, we can't issue a store credit.
