Returns happen, it's ok. We're here to help!

Bought something but changed your mind? Cancel the order within 24 hours and we'll refund you your money if the product hasn't shipped.

For products already shipped: Contact us to return the product within 48 hours of receipt in it's original condition (unwashed, unaltered, no damage, no makeup/ stains, tags intact), pay shipping and handling, and we'll Issue a store credit for the full amount of product cost.

Credit can be applied to any of our products, there's no minimum purchase necessary, and it never expires!

Please note: If we receive the product and it does not meet the criteria, we can't issue store credit.

Bought something and it doesn't quite fit right? Return the product within 48 hours of receipt, pay shipping and handling, and we'll send you a better fitting size.

Oh no, your item is damaged! Send us photos of the damage, return the product to us, pay shipping and handling, and we'll send you a replacement or give you store credit.

All sales are final on accessories and jewelry.

Insured Shipping

We're happy to offer insured free shipping, because we know it makes you (our beloved customer) happy but there are a few distinctions we'd like make clear between us as the seller and you as the customer.

Insure your address is correct before purchase: It's imperative you insure your address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for items that are undeliverable because of incorrect address or because of forwarding issues.

Once it's shipped, it's in the hands of the carrier: If you request a package be sent to a different address after the 24 hour cancellation grace period, we cannot change or re-direct the mail to go to that new address. It is your responsibility to speak with your local post office to coordinate retrieval of your package and to insure you receive any notes or notices from the post office.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned because it is undeliverable, we will re-attempt to send the package to you, free of additional shipping charges but we will not refund for packages labeled as undeliverable because recipient did not contact post office or neglected to coordinate picking up the package with the post office.

Packaged is delivered, but I don't have it: This is one of the most common questions we receive. Often someone in the person's household has picked up the package and forgets to mention it or it becomes lost among other items mailed to the home. Ask your family and loved ones if they picked up a package for you or by chance your neighbors.

Sometimes the mail carrier makes a mistake and drops it off at a resident a few buildings down. Ask your mail carrier if they saw a package for you, they are happy to help. :)

Lastly, talk to the post office and make sure they did not leave you a notice of pick up or undeliverability. There are cases where your carrier cannot deliver your package and will leave you a note saying they will try to deliver again or where you can pick up your package. Be sure to give them your tracking number on the email you receive or on your order confirmation page so they can see where your package is.
